Under the patronage of Dr. Wissam Kazem Hamdan, Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, and in conjunction with the

"National Afforestation Day,"

the Biomedical Engineering Department, under the supervision of the Scientific Assistant, Dr.Janan Star Khushan,

along with some volunteer students, organized a tree planting and gardening campaign on Tuesday,

March 12, 2024. The campaign aimed to plant various types of flowers and evergreen trees to reduce pollution,

create a healthy environment in the department's garden and surroundings, and enhance the environmental level by expanding green spaces.
