Under the auspices of the Rector of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghabban, the joint scientific debate was held for the students of the University of Technology and the University of Baghdad in the University of Technology and at Al-Quds Hall, with the support of the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department Professor Dr.wisam kazem hamdan , and under supervision Ph.Dr. Alaa Muhammad Daoud  and Ph.Dr.Ali jalal Ali where they got the first place in an atmosphere of joy and pleasure, wishing them more scientific excellence.

A meeting of the preparatory committee supervising the department’s festival was held under the chairmanship of the head of the bio instrumentation devices branch, Ph.Dr. Alaa Muhammad Dawood, and in the presence of the members of the committee. The meeting discussed the most important requirements required for the success of the festival in terms of encouraging students to participate in the largest number of projects, works and artistic events such as drawing, calligraphy and sculpture. . The preparation of certificates of encouragement and gifts that will be given to the participants was also discussed, and the festival logo and other details that ensure the success of the festival were prepared in the best way.

Under the chairmanship of the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Wissam Kazem Hamdan, a meeting of the general assembly of the teaching staff of the Biomedical Engineering Department was held on Tuesday, in the presence of the administrative and scientific assistants, the respected heads of the branches and the teaching staff of the department. Where the meeting dealt with the most important points on the agenda, including emphasizing the completion of the curricula of the academic year and urging the teaching masters to complete the midterm exams for theoretical and laboratory subjects and hand in the quests at the specified times. The meeting also dealt with adherence to ministerial and university instructions regarding final exams and discussed the nature of the questions and ways to improve reality. The educational and academic aspects of the department, the responsibilities of each of the examination committees, the officials and observers of the examination halls, and ensuring the appropriate atmosphere for the conduct of the examination client.
