Ph.Dr. Saad mahmood ali  teaching in our department received a book  of thanks and appreciation from the President of the University of Technology Ph. Dr. Imad Hussein Merzah AlHusseini esteemed for the efforts made by her in the publication of scientific research in containers Claravit within the initiative of (250 scientific research for publication sober for the year 2018-2019) wishing her more tender to serve our university and our beloved Iraq.

The Head op department  Ph.Dr Wissam Kazim Hamdan has been published paper in International conference on materials engineering and science paper title: Effect of single point incremental forming parameters on spring Back and micro -crack density.

The head of the department discussed several parts, including the motivation to raise the faculty members performance  and activate the e-learning for theoretical subjects and supervised by the e-learning committee in the department, where he praised the need and importance of scientific research publishing sites (Google Schoolar, ResearchGate, ORCID, Publons and researcherID) and discussion The system of courses and the observation of changes between the current system and the system of courses and also discussed the scientific research time by the teaching staff to complete research and published in international journals.
