Based on Paragraph (Fourth) of Article (5) of the Student Discipline Instructions in Institutions of Higher Education and Scientific Research,

which states (The student shall be punished with temporary dismissal from the university for a period not exceeding one academic year if he uses violence against his fellow students, threatens them, or attempts to blackmail them with pictures, recordings, or any other means) and according to the approval of the Head of Department,

 It was decided to expel the student Mahdi Raad - the first stage - the evening study for seven days.
