Within the activities of the Biomedical engineering department and under the patronage of the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Wissam Kazem Hamdan, a workshop was held in the form of serial lectures entitled

"The Role and Intervention of the Biomedical Engineer in Artificial Limbs and Supports"

It was delivered by Eng. Ayoub Qassem Muhammad - a graduate of Biomedical Engineering - University of Technology - the first batch and owner of the Al-Ibtisam Center and in the presence of the teaching staff of the student section, which was held in the conference hall of the Civil Engineering Department on Tuesday 10-5-2022

The workshop included an introduction to the role of the biomedical engineer in the manufacture of limbs and supports and the latest modern innovations used in their manufacture, and to shed light on the increased bonds of cooperation between the biomedical engineers of the former and new graduates and their effective role in the labor market.
